Members, family, and friends gathered at Pier 59 in Chelsea to celebrate the holiday season with the Local on Monday, December 16, 2024. Thanks to all the NY-area members who attended, and to Chelsea Piers for hosting us. See you in the new year!

Members came dressed in their festive best on Sunday, December 8, for the Local’s annual Los Angeles Holiday Party. Thank you to all those who attended, and to Candela La Brea for hosting us. Happy Holidays!

The first annual Boston Great American Camera Challenge was held on November 16, 2024. Members, fellow union kin, and family competed against their peers in ten games which tested their skills behind the camera. Prizes were awarded to the top three competitors. Thanks to the local members who helped make this event such a success.

Members in Atlanta took to the streets to march in the annual Atlanta Pride Parade on Sunday, October 13, alongside many of our peach state union kin, including members from Local 479 and SAG-AFTRA. Thank you to all who attended. See you next year!

The annual IATSE “All-In” Mixer was held on Saturday, October 12, at Local 80 in Burbank. On Sunday, October 6, the annual “We are Sarah Jones” Field Day took place at Cinemoves Movie Ranch in Fayetteville, GA. In honor of Sarah, family, friends, and union kin gather each year in her memory to promote safety on set, and to celebrate Sarah with family games, field activities, and joy.
