The National Training Committee conducted a hybrid two-day 1^st Assistant training in Los Angeles on August 17 and 18, 2024. The program covered everything from hands-on practice pulling focus to effectively communicating and collaborating with the crew. Those unable to attend in-person were able to participate via Zoom.
